Baby Elks in Yellowstone

Two baby elks I photographed in Yellowstone National Park.  One of the coolest thing about Yellowstone is the “critter jams” as I call them. Everytime you see a group of cars and people you know someone spotted some sort of animal.  On this occasion  we were on a road above a little canyon with a river running through it.  Everyone was watching a female Elk out in the middle of this river.  What most people didn’t see were the two baby elk calves on the other side.
